Refund policy

At Songbird Vine, all products are custom print-on-demand items fulfilled by Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

For lost or undelivered orders, please contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue promptly.
